Wood Burning Stove Installer in Birmingham, Solihull and Surrounding Areas

I do not usually leave reviews, but, in light of the outstanding job Adam Hayes has just completed for me, it would be unjust not to. I do not post on Google, but have offered this review for use on Adam's own website. The reviews from previous customers helped me find "The Stove and Fireplace Installation Specialist" when I was looking for an installer, and it seems only fair to pass that help on.

 

In April, Adam removed my old mains gas fire and stone grate, opened the chimney ****** to create a new fireplace, laid new hearthstones and installed a wood burner.

 

The installation service was excellent in every way, with meticulous attention to detail (both technical and aesthetic) and competitively priced. I was so impressed by the quality of Adam's work that I immediately asked him to repeat the process and create an identical fireplace for a wood burner in another room. Adam finished that installation earlier this month to the same high standard as the first.

 

As a first-time woodburner owner, I had many questions before proceeding with the initial installation, with safety and efficiency being the paramount considerations. Adam patiently answered all my questions, sharing his knowledge and experience and giving me honest advice before he even knew he had the job. I knew from that survey visit that I could trust him to do the job properly, which was so reassuring.

 

From the initial survey and fully itemised quote, through two very careful installations, to advising on operating the woodburner and even vacuuming the carpets before he left, Adam's service has been superb at every stage. It was a real pleasure to have him and his colleague working in my home. I relaxed knowing the installation was in expert hands, with someone who cared about getting it it right as much as I did.
